Sunset on Saimaa
I sat on the dock and watched the sun go down on Sunday night. At the same time, I felt the cool evening breeze on my skin, I heard how Saimaa fluttered and the birds sang. There was also forest and rocks around me. The place was peaceful. After I had been sitting on the platform for a while, I felt very calm both mentally and physically. Although feelings of longing surfaced, I still remained calm. I Let feelings come and go. While watching the sunset, I remembered the events of last fall, which sensitized my mind for a moment and on the other hand, I thought a lot about my own relationship with nature which has changed a lot over the years.
Being in nature is a kind of therapy for me, it brings different emotions to the surface and arouses thoughts. It is also of great importance to my mental and physical well-being, it also give s energy and calms the mind.
